Job Description
Interact and provide support especially technical related to customers
Understand market/customers requirement and able to provide solutions or strategies
Communication between customers and internal team, lead team for project development completion
Primary contact window for customer’s complains
Co-work with Sales to build up relationships with customers and increase revenue
Job Requirement
Fluent in both English & Chinese
Education: Bachelor or above degree
Major in Mechanical Engineering or related department.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good customer orientation and business sense.
Ability to multitask; work individually and as a team.
Willing to travel if business needs.
